Water for a Water-Starved World

Houston’s top six chefs give of their time and effort to prepare a Kosher Dinner to benefit the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev every year. For the 15th consecutive year, since its inception, Carmelo has been a loyal donor to the university which leads in different major innovations to help globally. The 2016 funds, where Chef Carmelo Mauro along with Chef Mark Cox prepared a scrumptious veggie and kosher seafood mosaic, went to help with reclaiming water for a Water-Starved World.
