Culinary Art

After a special invitation from the Art Institute, Carmelo gratefully accepted to share his knowledge with students and brought to the table a taste of Italy for them to learn and enjoy. Additionally to providing  ingredients he supervised the eager students in the preparation of Hors D’ oeuvres, an appetizer, soup, main course, dessert and a delicious Lemon Sorbet to compliment the full menu options which delighted guests over the course of two evenings.
