Carmelo’s was created in 1981 to let all people enjoy the best and the freshest ingredients to offer an extraordinary Italian culinary experience. When Chef Carmelo and his culinary team originally designed the menu, they wanted everyone to enjoy the gift of good taste.
That’s why our menu changes every season and provides tasty alternatives for people with allergies, dietary needs and digestive intolerances.
GLUTEN FREE* PIZZA & PASTA
We use rice flour to make our gluten-free and vegan pizza crust, as well as our fresh pasta shapes, like Cheese Ravioli and Gnocchi al Pomodoro. Quinoa and corn pasta are crowd favorites among our guests.
VEGAN & VEGETARIAN OPTIONS
We also serve a variety of rich salads, like Torre di Pisa, as well as delicious soups, tantalizing entrèes and an amazing selection of desserts to accompany your meal.
We take pride in accommodating all dietary needs, and all our meats, seafood and veggies can be prepared without salt and dressing. When you come in, please let your server know your favorite menu and enjoy the good Italian taste straight from Carmelo’s kitchen!
