Restaurants were established to celebrate special events - especially a good Italian meal! With private rooms and large dining and bar areas, Carmelo's is the place to frequent when you are hosting festive meetings, parties and receptions. In a setting recreating the charm of Carmelo's native Sicily, Carmelo's private rooms can accommodate from 10 to 300 of your guests at a time.
Specialties include pasta, veal, seafood, beef and poultry dishes - and a pastry selection that is absolutely primo! You can customize a menu for groups of all sizes and offer several choices or allow your guests to order a la carte. For groups of 50 or more, a banquet menu is another option.
If your guests want the ultimate elegance of tableside cooking, the staff can flambé a Steak Diane or make a Banana Foster or many other special dishes. |
