The wait staff is highly seasoned, too! Most of them have spent almost 25 years with Carmelo's serving groups ranging in size from 10 to 500. They know how to take care of you so that you, in turn, will take away happy memories.
Private rooms are available for both large and small groups. Guests may order a la carte or be given several choices from the dinner menu. The buffet menu is also a suggestion for groups of 50 or more.
